Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to provide, protect and improve PardnerPlus. This policy explains what that means and the choices available to you.

1. Who is responsible

PardnerPlus is responsible for the personal information processed through this service. For privacy questions or requests, email info@pardnerplus.com or use our contact form. You do not need to publish sensitive information in a support message.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information: name, email address, profile picture, contact details and the information you choose to add to your profile.
Pardner information: plans, invitations, roles, agreed rules, draw order, progress and other actions recorded inside a private Pardner.
Communications: support enquiries, privacy requests, safety reports and your newsletter preference.
Security and technical information: IP address, device and browser details, session information, timestamps and security logs needed to operate and defend the service.
Provider references: when payment or identity services are introduced, we may store provider identifiers and status information. PardnerPlus does not need to store your complete card or bank credentials.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide private Pardner planning and records, deliver invitations and service messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliable operations and improve the customer experience. We send optional product updates only when you ask for them.

4. Our legal reasons

Depending on the activity and the law that applies, we process information because it is needed to provide the service you request, to meet a legal obligation, with your consent, or for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, support and service improvement. You may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.

5. Who receives information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed with carefully selected providers that support hosting, email, security, customer support, identity or payments; with people inside your private Pardner according to the feature you use; during a legitimate business reorganisation; or where the law requires it. Providers must protect the information and use it only for the agreed service.

6. Payments and identity checks

Live customer payments are not currently enabled. When they are introduced, an approved independent provider may collect identity, bank or card information directly under its own privacy notice. PardnerPlus will show the provider and relevant terms before you continue.

7. International processing

PardnerPlus is intended for people in more than one country. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information only while it is needed for the service, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the record. Support and operational records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required, unless a legal or safety hold applies.

9. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, backups and restricted operational access. No online service can promise absolute security. Use a strong unique password, keep security codes private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from optional updates. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may complain to the privacy regulator that applies where you live.

11. Age requirement

PardnerPlus accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over. Please do not create an account or provide personal information if you are under 18.

12. Changes and contact
